Functions or industries
The Crewdle marketplace has two views. Functions groups agents and pre-made teams by department, like sales, finance or support. Industries groups the team and the agents a type of business uses, like a restaurant or a construction office.
The same agent can appear in both views. A Bookkeeping Assistant, for example, is listed under finance and in several industries.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between functions and industries?
Functions group agents and pre-made teams by department, like sales or finance. Industries group the team and the agents a type of business uses. The same agent can appear in both.
Can I add one agent instead of the whole team?
Yes. Every agent in an industry can be added on its own from the marketplace.
My industry is not listed. Can I still use Crewdle?
Yes. Every agent is also listed by function, and you can describe what you need in a Crewdle chat. Crewdle proposes the agent or team that would do it.
Does the health clinics team handle clinical records?
No. It handles scheduling and admin only: appointments, new-patient intake, messages and the books.
