Getting started with Crewdle AI
Create your account, set up your organization, and learn how the six Crewdle apps share one login and one bill.

Crewdle AI is a unified AI platform for business. Instead of buying a separate subscription for every AI tool, you get one account that unlocks six apps: Admin, Chat, Connect, Create, Build, and Forge. They share one login, one set of permissions, and one bill.
Create your account
Sign up at auth.crewdle.ai with your email or a Google or Microsoft account, then confirm the verification email. There is no subscription and no credit card required to start, and new accounts get free credits to try the AI right away; use your business email to receive them. After that you only pay for what the AI actually does, billed in credits.
Set up your organization
Your organization is the workspace that holds your team, billing, and access settings. A short guided setup builds it on your first sign-in. It takes a couple of minutes, and everything it asks can be changed later:
- Name your organization. You become its admin.
- Describe your focus. Industry, team size, and primary objectives.
- Turn products on. Chat, Connect, and Create start enabled; Build and Forge are one click, now or later in Admin.
- Pick connectors (optional). Choose tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Shopify, or QuickBooks; you authorize the accounts later in Admin.
- Choose your organization's AI. Which providers are allowed (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, open-source) and which generation capabilities (image, video, audio). Anything you leave off is hidden for every member, in every app.
- Make it yours. Language, light or dark theme, and a Simple or Advanced interface.
- Pick your preferred AI. Your personal default among the families your organization enabled, switchable anytime.
- Review and launch. Confirm the summary, optionally invite other admins by email, and land in Crewdle Admin.
Setup starts you with Chat, Connect, and Create. Add Build and Forge here, or any time later in Admin.
Governance starts at setup: providers and capabilities you leave off are hidden across the whole organization.
Everything above stays editable in Crewdle Admin afterward: rename the organization, change product and model access, add credits, and set budgets.
Start from Home
After setup, signing in lands you on Home, the launcher for the whole platform. It puts three things one click away:
- Quick tiles across the top open Crewdle Chat and every agent you have hired, with an indicator when an agent has new messages for you.
- The + New button starts work without picking an app first: a web app or website in Build; an image, video, audio clip, storyboard, or walkthrough in Create; an automation in Forge. Next to it, Manage opens Crewdle Admin.
- Your drive gathers everything you have made across Build, Create, and Forge into one list. Search it, filter it by type, and open any item right where you left it.
Home is the first thing you see when you sign in: Chat and your agents up top, your work below.
One + New button covers Build, Create, and Forge, so starting something never means hunting for the right app.
The account menu, top right, shows your remaining credits, switches organizations if you belong to more than one, and signs you out. To get back to Home from inside any app, click the product name in the top-left corner.
Add your team
Invite people from Admin → Members. Each person gets a role that controls what they can see and do. Crewdle ships with an Admin role (full access) and a Member role (everyday use), and you can create custom roles with granular permissions.
Understand one bill
Everything your team does across Chat, Connect, Create, Build, and Forge is metered in credits and shown on a single live dashboard. There are no per-seat fees. Idle users and idle agents cost nothing. See Credits and billing for how pricing works.
Pick where to begin
- Want quick AI answers and research? Start with Chat.
- Want AI agents that run on their own, around the clock? Open Connect.
- Want to generate images, video, or audio? Open Create.
- Want to generate a website or internal tool? Try Build.
- Want to automate a repeatable task? Build a workflow in Forge.
- Managing the team and the budget? That is Admin.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start using Crewdle AI?
No. You can create an account for free with no subscription. You only add a payment method when you want to buy credits, and you are billed only for what the AI does.
Is one account enough for all six apps?
Yes. A single Crewdle login gives you Admin, Chat, Connect, Create, Build, and Forge, with one shared set of permissions and one bill.
What is a Crewdle organization?
An organization is your team workspace. It holds your members, their roles, your credit balance, your usage history, and your app and model access settings.
Can I change the choices I made during setup?
Yes. Everything the guided setup asks, products, connectors, allowed AI providers and generation capabilities, language, and theme, can be changed later in Crewdle Admin or in your personal settings.
Where do I find the work I have already made?
On Home, the page you land on when you sign in. Its drive lists everything you have made across Build, Create, and Forge; search it, filter by type, and click any item to open it in its app.
