A team is a manager agent plus two to five specialists, hired in one step. You talk to the manager the way you would to a lead: it plans the work, splits it into tasks, briefs each specialist, and brings the results back to you for approval.
When to hire a team instead of an agent
Hire one agent for a single ongoing job: a bookkeeper, a support triager, a content writer. Hire a team when the goal genuinely needs several distinct skills at once. A product launch needs positioning, copy, social posts and a press note all working from one message house, which is why the Launch Squad exists.
How a request flows
- You brief the manager in plain language, with your files.
- The manager plans the work and proposes how it will split it. Nothing is created until you approve the plan.
- Specialists take their part. Each works in its own role, with its own memory and skills, and reports back to the manager.
- The manager assembles the pieces, checks them against the brief, and hands you drafts to approve or send back with notes.
Every task a specialist completes is logged and billed on its own, so you can see exactly what the team did and spent.

The teams catalogue has a team per business function: launch, sales, support, software, back office, finance, product, people, legal, research and data. Each page lists the manager, the roster (every member links to its own agent page), how one request flows through the team, and what a typical task costs.
Managing a team
Teams live in Crewdle next to your individual agents. The manager has its own log; so does each specialist. Budgets apply per agent, so capping the members caps the team.

Who do I talk to, the manager or the specialists?
The manager. It briefs the specialists and brings their work back to you. You can still open any specialist’s conversation to see exactly what it did.
Can the manager do anything without my approval?
It plans and proposes. Nothing is created until you approve the plan, and drafts wait for you before anything goes out.
