Delete your Crewdle account
Delete your Crewdle account and its data: the steps, what is deleted, what we keep, and what to do first if you own an organization.
Last updated
You can delete your Crewdle account and the data linked to it at any time, directly in the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Crewdle and open Settings > Account > Delete account.
- Review what will be deleted, then retype your email address to confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
If you can’t sign in, contact us and we’ll help you delete your account.
If you own an organization
Delete it from the Admin console first (the Delete account button in the app takes you there). The Organization page in Admin is where an organization is deleted. Deleting an organization removes it for all its members, along with its workspace and the data in it.
If it’s the last organization you belong to, your account is deleted along with it. If you also belong to other organizations, your account stays open: only the organization you deleted is removed, and you can delete your account afterwards from the app.
If you belong to organizations owned by others
If you only belong to organizations owned by others, you can delete your account directly from the app. You are removed from those organizations, which stay open for everyone else.
What is deleted
Your profile and sign-in details, the agents you created, your private conversations, and your connections to other services.
What we keep
- Messages you wrote in conversations with other people stay, shown under the name “Deleted user”.
- Billing and payment records, which belong to your organization.
- Sign-up protection records, kept to prevent repeated claims of free credits.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can delete individual conversations, messages and files inside Crewdle at any time. To ask us to delete other specific data, contact us.
